Start with the kind of coaching you want and the time you can commit. Iron Fists Academy offers group boxing and dedicated personal coaching at the same Claremont venue. These options have different prices and arrangements; the coach can help you discuss suitability before you choose.
What is different about group and personal training?
Iron Fists Boxing is group training with technique, pad work, footwork and conditioning. Personal training provides dedicated attention, technique feedback and a programme based on your assessment. Both options start with a conversation about your experience and goals.

How do the personal-training packages work?
Personal training is available as single sessions or packages of nine sessions. The published package amounts are:
- Nine 30-minute sessions: R2,000.

Can you try group training first?
One free week of group training. The coach confirms your arrangements. Choose a Monday-start week in the request form and leave your name and WhatsApp number. The coach confirms suitability, programme eligibility and arrangements before you travel.
The free group week does not include free personal training or wellness services. Read the first-visit questions if you are unsure which offer applies.
What should you confirm before deciding?
- Your starting point and the training goals you want to discuss.

- Session times you can attend and how they fit the package policy.
- The full price and the terms that apply to the option you choose.
Regular group starts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18:00 SAST. These are not a personal-training appointment or a timetable for every programme. Check the timetable and confirm your arrangements with the coach.
